We really didn´t´t have a clue how to setup the property and the agent was useless at giving us any advice. 3 weeks after completing we were ready for customers. The guides been great especially as we really didn´t know the area well and the ideas for the children with the pony riding was great.

Sandra Blakey-RODA Golf, Costa Calida Thanks for the guide as even thoiugh i own a couple of properties I was struggling to find good local information. I was always nervous visiting Cartagena as I could never find anywhere to park but by using the guide I found parking, visited the Roman theatre and had a great day out. My renters are already saying how useful the guide is

S Hancock- UNITED GOLF- Thanks for all of the help and being patient over all of the silly questions. We were new to renting property and worried about the costs but now we understand how we can make the apartment pay for itself. he children loved the trip to the castle and park in Alicante

Mel Symonds- Playa Golf  - I can´t believe how little we knew about this area, even though we have owned a property here for 4 years now. One person using the property said they found plenty to do even though the weather wasn´t great and using the guide, did a tour of the beaches. They have already re-booked for the Summer and I don´t think that they would have done this without the information form the booklet

M Peters La Finca Golf - Just thought i would give you some feedback from a group of golfers that stayed in the villa. They managed to book and play a lot more courses this time and found the satnav information useful to find their way around. He said that the ladies did plenty of shopping at the new centre in Murcia and that they´ll be back later in the year.

Ian Law Villamartin- Thanks Roy the guide worked out great especially all of the photogarphs you provided as I was able to buld a terrific website, not just about the property but also the area, with information on Murcia, Elche and Cartagena. Anybody would think that I had visited these places, perhaps I will on my next visit
